We begin with a free 30-minute Connection Call where we explore what’s going on in your life, the shifts you’d like to create, and whether we are a good fit to work together.
This is a relaxed conversation — no pressure or obligation — simply an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss how coaching could support you.

Coaching works best when there is mutual commitment. I provide tools, techniques, and supportive guidance — but true transformation happens when you are willing to show up, engage fully, and take meaningful action between sessions.

    The Connection Call is a relaxed 30-minute conversation where we explore what’s happening in your life, what you’d like to shift, and whether we are the right fit to work together.
    It’s a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for the coaching process before committing to anything.

 

  • How many sessions will I need?
    Every journey is different. Some clients find a few sessions are enough to create a shift, while others choose longer-term coaching for deeper transformation.
    We can discuss what feels right for you during our initial sessions, and review progress as we go.

 

  • Do you only coach women?
    Yes, my practice focuses on women’s experiences, but if you resonate with my approach, feel free to reach out.

  • Is coaching like therapy?
    No. Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, while coaching is future-focused - helping you take action from where you are now. That said, I have supported women who have experienced trauma (including abuse) to rebuild confidence and reclaim their lives. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I will always recommend seeking the right qualified professional.

 

  • What if I feel "stuck" during coaching?
    Feeling stuck is normal! We’ll work through it with patience and practical tools—no judgment, just progress at your pace.

 

  • How do I get the most out of coaching?
